This is the view from the bus we seen whilst waiting to board the ferry
Well the bus journey was great, although we disnt sleep the bus was superb, clean, big, got front seats so could outstreach legs and air conditioned-it was magic, although a little bumpy at times! We seen some grat sights along the way, small vans carrying god knows how many people inside and even more outside them, sitting on the roofs! We stopped for 10mins before the bus got on ferry and the sellers where everywhere, selling fruit, rice meals, ater, you name it! Of course where there is people there is beggers too, they break your heart, some are little kids yet they are carrying their kid sisters or brothers in their arms, most looked starved and tired, unfortuantely if you give to one it means giving to all so which cant be done. We carried on our journey and stopped of course to use the dreaded 'squatted loos' again they were minging, but needs must. We got to Ho Chi Minh City (also known as Siagon) about 2ish, we made our way to a hostel advisd by our good mate Charlie (Lonely Planet guide) it was called The Yellow House, clean, basic, air-conditioned, had hot water, a fridge and

An everyday seen of one of the woman seelling her fruit, she carries it in her hat!
a tv-we were in heaven-honestly compared to some places we stayed we had to check we hadnt died and went to heaven, it was bliss! We turned on the air con and chilled out! Unfortunately this bliss did not continue as we had one job we had to do. My foot had decided to grow the biggestest and most minging blister on the ball of it which was incredibly painful so Laura being the best person ever offered to pop it for me using a needle, the task was horrible but she stepped up to the job and got it done, i wont go in to detail as you may throw up but the blister was popped and it felt good!!! We then went in search of a shop/market to see if there was any nice clothes around as ours is getting slightly minging but of course seeing as these people are miniscule there was none unless i could manage to fir myself in to a size 0 skirt, unfortunately a size 0 would not even fit my ankle so new clothes was a no no for me! Whilst walking down the street we did however bump in to 2 gierls we had met in Cambodia, Leanne and Siobhan-it was mad, we kept thinking imagine walking down a street in Vietnam and meeting people you know-crazy business! Nways we had chat then left and headed to shop for some munchies which we fgound at the local 999 shop (also called chin chin chin which we found incrediblyfunny for some reason). We then got back to hostel, had hot shower and chilled out with air con and tv magic! seeing as we had still not slept we were nackered ao early night in order, was great!
