today..on our last day in vietnam i left the camera in a taxi...oopps
well we hav been around the world trying to sort it out...but realistically with 500 million people and 200 million yellow taxi's we knew it was gone so we set off to get a police report to claim for our insurance.

well the policeman was the most unhelpful, unfriendly person we have meet in vietnam which was fantastic coz that made it all so mush easier for us! He didnt speak one word of english (probably on purpose) so we had to go and get the tourist sercurity guards to help us translate. I thought sheree was going to attack him for a moment there he was soooooo frustrating...then he decided maybe if we come back in the morning he might write us out something if the camera doesnt get returned in the meantime! and the lickelyhood of that is zero to none.........

so its 11pm still no camera, we havent packed even tho we fly tomorrow morning, we r soooo full (we just had vietnamese all you can eat pizza hut) and now we have to get up even earlier to go back to the police station...we just love our ability to always do things the hard way!

BUT what a country SUCH an amazing place...even tho it doesn't have a lot of the luxuries we are used to and expect at home, it is brilliant. We have definately learnt alot about vietnamese history and culture, meet some interesting and great people, had some crazy party nights, done some extraodinary things that you could never dream of at home and just had an absolute ball....... Memories that will last a life time ( Well they better because we dont have alot of photos to remember them by... ha ha its all good! It could of been alot worse, as we say "everything happens for a reason!"

shopping - ho chi minh city - 80c cds, $2 bags, $2.50 tshirts, $1.50 dvd's, 20c Beer, $1 vodka redbulls...........
party times - Nha Trang (australia day!!)


WORST moment - stranded on our piece of floating wood in Halong bay

FUNNIEST moment - umm it started on the 17th of january and finished on the 9th of february...... we have never laughed so much in all our lives!!!! Well we think were funny anyway.....

We really are sad to leave this place it feels now like we have only just arrived!

And Thailand here we come..... You better be ready!!!!!!!!
