Hello everyone, I am now a lady of leisure. As I have completed my project for the Australian/ Vietnamese NGO, KOTO which was to compile a Health Resource Catalogue, I now have time on my hands. Hi Paul, There are lots of vegetarian restaurants here as there are a lot of Buddhists who are Vego. Can't beat the produce back home though. I will be at the farmers market ASAP when I get back!
