Not very roughing it but it was extremely cheap and a fantastic resort.
After spending most of our time in the big cities we were craving some fresh air and quieter streets, so we decided to head to a little beach resort just nort of Saigon called Mui Ne. This was Nats holiday within a holiday so we decided... eventually to splash out a bit and stay in a posh resort it cost us $30 USD each but it was a fantastic place, the Mui Ne Sailing club . We just basically did nada for three days read swam and ate. I did manage to get one run in on the beautiful empty beach and a number of swims in the tiny pool but it was all about the food here in the Sailing Club, the first thing we both did was order a hamburger and chips not at all traditional Vietnamese grub but we just had a Western craving that this place was just gagging to satisfy.

We didn't really get to see a lot of this place coz the resort was so fab we didn't venture too far away, but we did manage to get some laundry done, that is the one thing that is a little bit hard to get used to, travelling in

The restaurant at the sailing club were we gourged on burgers and chips.
heat like this my Irish metabolism is struggling hence the need for laundry. Caz and Jon I have some snaps of local Vietnamese houses on laundry day will post them soon.

There was a lot of western couples and families at the resort but we would not recommend comming here at this time of year, the sun was shining bright only until roughly 10am and then the heavens would open up and I have never seen rain like over here its mental.

Thanks to all of you who are leaving messages and comments we are thinking of you all the time and wondering what you lot are up too, so keep your messages coming.
