Thanks Reet, for your interesting story so far. I have been thinking about a visit to Vietnam but can't bring myself to miss out on seeing my friends in Thailand. All the best for the rest of your trip.

Well, what a difficult and demanding girl! Getting up late (without telling the staff to awake!) and complaining about cold breakfast! Definitely the company is not expecting this kind of customers.

When I pay THAT sort of money I do expect my breakfast to NOT be cold... and if you read anything about my travels you would realise I am not difficult or demanding! BUT when I spent money for an expensive tour I clearly expect SOME level of service... Thank you for you comment though.. You are clearly affiliated with Columbus Cruises and I will be sure to advise those on Trip Advisor and other sites of my experience.

I'm with you!!! no excuse for this kind of service.... regardless how "late" you showed up. This is not a cafeteria. I want a good breakfast served when I show up. I think I'll reconsider Pinta Gold. Thanks
