Day 9 we are in paradise

Today we woke up in paradise. Went out on the balcony to see a beautiful day with the sound, smell and view of the ocean...remarkable!

Well it didn't take long and we were wisked off for an elephant trekking adventure that was amazing. We finished it up just in time before the rain started for our trip home. We got back to the resort and although it was still raining we went out wondering (shopping)and then for some amazing thai/seafood.

The rain stopped as quickly as it started and we were out switching back k and forth between the pool and the ocean. The water in both was just like taking a bath. The waves in the ocean were almost none and was like glass except for every so often and then theRe would be this wave that you could surf on...Kerri and I body surfed but we did see others that were riding them.

After taking in enough sun we went on another excursion in a tuk tuk that led us to Karon view point and then to the Old Phuket market where we experienced some good food but saved our bellies for Bangkok and the interesting food

That is the day. Just packing now for our next adventure where we will meet up with David, Tracy and the kids in Ao Nang Phuket.
