Seafood Seafood Seafood

The famous seafood dinner. Notice the ladyboy waiter in the background.
Day 2 - Phuket
The ojectives are:
- Dont get ripped off
- Avoid unwanted attention from Ladyboys and girls
- Get some bargains. I am going to speak their language and use "brother" and "boss" and "best price" as many times as possible in one sentence.
- Make sure my stomach as all good - no bowl spraying so far.

On the way to the gym we lost each other and pepsi thought I got kidnapped.....lol. We eventually found each other about an hour later.

We bought so many clothes today. I am going to have to increase my lugguage allowance for sure. I did fairly well with the bargaining except the place where we bought a lot of stuff only to go next door and find it was cheaper.....

We met the most desparate salesman in the world today.... All we needed was 6 pairs of kickboxing shorts. His first quote was 4200thb and we offered 1500thb. After going backwards and forwards for a few minutes we began to leave to check out another store. He then followed us 20 metres down the street and told us to come back. The price was getting closer but still not good enough. He then got in trouble with the police for illegally parking his bike on the road. While he was getting in trouble we left because the price was still too high. We walked about 70 metres down the street and then we looked around and saw a lone figure sprinting through the crowd like Usain Bolt......He caught us and he put on the saddest look in the world. We eventually got them for 1500thb and he was happy and we were happy. We were glad to pay him because he sure earnt his money. I was beginning to wonder if he would follow us back to the hotel.

Dinner was a seafood treat - mud crab, lobster and giant prawns. We ordered and sat down only to discover we did not have enough money (got distracted on the way and spent too much on shopping) so pepsi had to run back to the hotel to get more money.

On the way home we saw this middle age guy happily talking to girls outside a club. He has his arms around them. I thought they looked a bit weird and then noticed they had adams apples lol. He might be in for a bit of a surprise later............Maybe he should have worn his glasses.

I am off to upgrade my baggage allowance. Hello to all those back in Aus.
