The twin towers at night....arent they pretty!
Yes thats right, we're on holidays yet again, sooooo addictive, really need to get help, maybe some travel patches or hypnosis is required to make us stop?!?!? naaah!
So.... we're back in colourful thailand, this time for a friends wedding in Koh Samui.
We stopped over in KL (we love you Air Asia xx) for one night, then proceeded to Phuket for a few days before flying on to Koh Samui where we are right now.
We pretty much covered KL in our last blog, so I wont go in to that again, as we almost covered the same footsteps. Come to think of it, we covered the same footsteps in Phuket too....several times over, but I doubt we'll ever tire of those steps. After getting absolutely blind drunk (on $20aud) within an hour of arriving on the first night..... bought about by a combination of cheap thai whisky and free shots in Bangla Road....we were reminded of why we love this place. Actually we have no idea what exactly it is that we love so much, but we slurred out the words 'f*ck this place is awesome' at 3am local time, staggering back along the beach eating chocolate pancakes that

cost 50c from a hawker stand. What is not to love!?!?
After recovering from our big night out, we hired a jeep to tour the countryside. We handed over Micks passport in exchange for a bright pink, yet rusted jeep for the day. (Notice to all airport staff: Please keep an eye out for travelling lady boys mascerading as a 'Mick McKechnie' with suspicious looking passport copies!) As we took off down the road, we noticed that the jeep had no, and I mean zero fuel. We pulled in to the nearest petrol station....disguised as a table with a couple of glass bottles of petrol, to 'fill up'. The guys in the servo had no idea where to put the fuel (nor did we) and laughed for a good half hour before pouring one bottle of pink fluid into a hole in the back of the jeep hoping that'd do the trick. It did.....til we went up the next hill. The jeep started chugging and we were sure we were destined to walk back and get another bottle. Mick, being the usual 'arsy' that he is pulled up to another fuel stop just as we ran out. Nice work on

Apart from eating alot, not sleeping much at all, swimming, shopping and drinking, we really havent done much worth writing home about. The wedding is tomorrow and we ready to get all glammed up then sweat all over ourselves for the day, which will be fun, and i'm sure worthy of another blog and ofcourse some photos.
Thanks to our loyal readers out there (Hi Mum!) and stay tuned......

I glad to see that Mick chose to match the pick turbo jeep for the day. See you when you get back.
