Railay Beach

We made i down to Bangkok after Chang Mai and did all our final bits of shopping. Then headed on down to Krabi which is lovely. We managhed to stay on a beautiful resort with a pool so have just been chilling out for the past few days. YOu could see wehre the tsunami had hit. There is building going on everywhere. Its very strange lots of empty shells. We have now moved on to ko Phi Phi which is even worse. 8 months on and its still devestated. the beach is ruined and so dirty. Most guesthouses are only just up and running. There are still crushed up houses. It has a really eerie feeling about it. However it is still a lovely place and with lots to do here. We are off on a kayaking and snorkelling trip tommorow where we will see where the beach is filmed. Hope everyone is ok.
