Shark Attack...

...only kidding! But we did go to shark point.

Today we travelled on a boat around Phi Phi to visit the islands and go snorkelling. We visited Maya Beach (where they filmed The Beach), Monkey beach (unfortunately no monkeys), Bamboo Island and Shark Point (fortunately no sharks!). Saw lots of fish.

We got very very burnt and it is very sore.

When we got back to Phi Phi, we walked to the view point to watch the sunset - it was very romantic! It is 186 metres above sea level so we were quite exhausted by the time we got to the top.

Had loads of rain again in the evening (this isn't supposed to be the rainy season). Had to hideout in our room for a couple of hours before we could venture out.

Someone asked if we were Swedish...

I am jealous!
Hi May and Lyndsay, Am really pleased you are both having such a great time. Am also jealous cos I am leeds and although the sun is finally shining it is nowhere nearly as lovely as Thailand! When I was there I regularly got accused of being Scandinavian as well. It may not happen so much now you are both sunburnt, though - the real scandinavians always seems to be bronzed, not like us bright-red Brits. Remember the Baz Luhmann song and ALWAYS WEAR SUNSCREEN.
