Bida Nok and Bida Nai Teaching Diving at Koh Phi Phi
We are slowly getting used to doing hard labour again. And working as a dive instructor is actually quite hard work, on a working day we usually start at 7.30am and finish at 10pm, sometime during this time we have a three hour break to relax. Of course we have days off in between, but no weekend breaks like back in Europe. We get the pleasure of teaching people to dive and that is great fun. Introducing the underwater world to students while swimming along weightlessness is very rewarding. We even have a beginner dive site where you almost always see turtles, yesterday they saw 8. We also have great colleagues with and without gills!
The current plan is to stay here during low season, so that would be September/October, and then we shall see. There are dive jobs available around the world, so we need to have a good think about it.
