Ta ra Singapore..... hello Thailand!

The last three weeks have gone SO fast, it's hard to remember whats happened. Buckets happened, that's for sure, which is probably why I'm struggling to remember what has happened.

After landing in Phuket, we decided (with Yui's help) that we would treat our selves to a fancy hotel - for 15 English Pounds each we walked into pure LUXURY. A giant bed, a swimming pool (we had a midnihgt swim) and the most amazing HOT and powerful shower I have ever had the pleasure of stepping into. The next day we went for a bit of an adventure around Phuket, and I love it there. We went up a massive hill (in a tuk-tuk of couse ha) to check out the views and found a massive Buddah up in the hills. Phuket Old Town is really lovely, loads of little side streets, with cafes and restuarants pumping out amazing food smells. We walked past a really fancy boutique hotel called the Casa Blanca a few times, and decided that we'd have a look around (just to be nosy, in true English style)... and I've now booked a night there for me and Tomek when he arrives, hurrah 😊

We booked a five hour coach to Surat Thani, were we then got a boat over to Koh Phangan. We were probably only meant to be here for a week, but we're still here :/ it has everything we need. We're staying on a beach, which is pretty much paradise. It SO quiet, the sand is white, and the water is so clear, and green.... (ahh I miss it, why am I sat in the hot internet cafe, I'm going to have to rush this to get back to our beach. But that aside, there's loads of parties, like really good parties. So far we've been to the Half Moon, The Jungle Experience (yay and I got to see Dave Cleave and meet Tracey!), and then we made our own little party on Haad Rin - all of which pretty mental and too many stories for this blog 😉 But they involved UV Paint, buckets, shakes, ropeswings, little man in little vending machine... I LOVE IT HERE. We're off to the Waterfall Party tomorrow, I think I'll give the buckets a miss - lesson learnt.

Laem Son 1 is the name of the place we're currently "living" at, we've got a boat, bus and train booked for Thursday next week - if that wasn't booked, there's a good chance we might not leave here :/ I can see why people get stuck here.

So yeah we're leaving this amazing place on Thursday. We've got a 12 hour train to Bangkok, then another 12 hour train that evening to Chiang Mai. We're going to spend a few days there, then head over to Laos!

Right, I'm off - miss you all lots! xxx
