We met a sweet Tuk Tuk driver...........................

He very willingly spent most of the day driving us around Chiang Mai, to see temples. the old walled city surrounded by a moat & many other interesting sights ~ and then he delivered us right to our doorstep. The price of our excursion was so reasonable, we tipped him well !

I grew up in Rhodesia ( now Zimbabwe ) during the days of sanctions, which also meant that my passport was 'taboo' around the world ! I always longed to travel and was keenly interested in the stories/photos of anyone who was able to. Fortunately, I have since been able to travel quite a lot and have enjoyed every single minute !
