Old teak wi-hahn, the main Buddah inside. We spent the first 2 days exploring the interesting sois and bustling streets of the old quarter. Our guesthouse is tucked away in quiet spot but only a short stroll to where the action is. Unfortunately there's a little massage place about 3 strides from the front gate..... 150 baht for an hour is the going rate. Sorry birds.
After covering a lot of ground on the walking tour we retreated to the guesthouse where the kids had swim in the freezing pool, then headed out into the sois for dinner. Phoebe has decided spring rolls are always the way to go...and there aren't any arguments from the rest of us!
