Chillin' in Chiang Mai

We took a 10 hour overnight bus to Chiang Mai. We found a nice guesthouse. We went to a temple on a hillside just outside the city today. It was quite picturesque!

We are joining up with some Dutch girls to do a 3 day, 2 night jungle trek starting tommorrow. We will hike to a waterfall, do some rafting down a river, ride elephants and hike to a northern hill tribe village up towards Burma. We can't wait!

We've seen some rainy days here. It pours hard off and on for a few hours and then it's hot and sunny again. Today we actually saw steam rising from the road after it rained. Crazy!
