Last month I decided to go on a cycling holiday in Holland and London.I had been to these places a few times in the 90's but my last overseas trip was in 2005.After a lapse of 7 years,I hope I could one again travel overeseas every year as I am approaching 60 years old.

Now,all my flights had been booked and paid,I am now doing detailed planning of what I plan to do -mainly cycling,sihat seeing and meeting old friends.Now,I am stail at home.
