Sibu was another overnight stop that disappointed by all criteria by which such stops are judged, with every "vegetarian" dish we ordered for dinner containing some kind of meat, web access so slow as to be unusable (a theme throughout Malaysia and the Philippines), and film subtitling on the TV being helpfully in 3 languages but unhelpfully in white font so you could only read the occasional word. We sucked it up and moved on.
