Left room about lunchtime after lots of much needed rest 😊 Wandered towards the river taking some pics of a Wat on our way past. We headed along the river bank (as it's been dry season the river is but a trickle of its former self at the min) past numerous cafes and hotels and stumbled across a Scottish restaurant/bar. I ordered some fruit and Rob had a spicy salad which he regretted about two mouthfuls in! When they say spicy in Asia they mean burns all the way down and out 😉 It's really calming here, hardly any traffic and the pace is slow and relaxed.

Looked a little round the shops and had tea. My ear has started really hurting when I touch it and seems to be swollen....oh dear trust me to need medical care in the worst place in Asia for it!
