That Luang and Pain ou Chocolat

On the way to Bangkok we stayed one night in Vientianne, the capital of Laos. Besides enjoying the french influence, namely the pain ou chocolat and croissant we payed a visit to the national sancturay, the That Luang. After finding many temple flowers I got a bit obsessed with taking a picture of one...

Entrance

The doors to the inner stupa show Buddha figures.

Temple Flower

This flower can be found at many temple courtyards. It is actually a tree called Frangipani.
