Looking to make the most out of the last few hours in Vientiane we woke up early and headed out. First stop was the Delight House of Fruit Shake for a...Fruit Shake and then we headed down a little back alley to find a shooting range. We started with a .22 rifle and fired plenty of shots at 50 metres with Mark scoring a best of 43/50. Next up was a .22 handgun at 20 metres and Ollie scored a 46/50. Then, feeling that this was not quite enough I had a go on a Colt .45 pistol whilst Mark Filmed and took photos. How very scary to fire it though, nearly took my arm off!
After this we went back to the hotel to check out and leave our bags behind before heading off for a full body massage. This was great and feeling very relaxed we returned to the hotel and waited for out Tuk Tuk to take us to the bus. The Tuk Tuk and bus were both late so we arrived into Vang Vieng at about 7pm. Just time to have a quick shower, a spicy meal and then a few drinks with some new people!
