So we crossed the border in the north of Thailand into Laos. I was so stressed as they kept telling us that we wouldn't be able to get a visa at the border and were trying to make us pay in Thai Baht as opposed to US Dollar, which would of been twice the price. For those of you that don't believ were not living in 5 star accoodation (well were not all the time)

You basically get a big inner tube and float down the river with the rapids and there are bars along the way that pull you in for a beer.

We took a motorbike tour around Battambang in Cambodia. My favorite thing was to go into the countryside and meet the people. So the next day I went out with the driver and bought 150 pens, books and balloons and he took me to the poorest villages where we had a lot of fun handing them out. In Cambodia the children have to pay for the education and for their books, not all children can attend school
