The caves themselves were not that great, however, the two hour boat ride along the Mekong River made the trip really worthwhile

I tried to take a picture of the slow boat driver as he was holding a 640ml. bottle of BeerLao with one hand and the steering wheel with the other. He didn't let me, instead he insisted on taking mine, not even half as amusing
