A good night's sleep and woke at 6 to the sounds of the city below - not that noisy really but I am currently a country boy from Somerset so not used to hearing police sirens at 6am! Once awake, and because it looked lovely outside, decided to go for a run - well very slow jog as running not my thing these days as much prefer to be in the pool or on a bike! We did ask where there nearest pool was and found out that it is 20 mins away by train! Great park close to the hotel with 14th Century gate to the (now destroyed) palace with large moat around edges so managed to puff my way self consciously (everyone else running looked ready for Rio and one group of young men seemed to take great delight in passing me three times on the same circuit) around the edges. Very warm and humid! Now after checking emails and doing some work aiming to get some breakfast before heading out to visits at the hospital.
