Off to Mt Fuji

Left early on a full day tour. First to Mt Fuji - got delayed in traffic for 1.5 hours, finally arrived to see it was clouded in, had been all day. Eventually got to see a couple of sneek previews. We up as far as you can drive, about 3/4, the next part a horse and carriage will take you up close to the peak and you have to hike down, lucky we were on a tour and didn't have to pike out!!! - not enough time.
On to Hakone, went on a river cruise - nothing special and cable ride off to the rail station to catch a bullet train to Kyoto. Boy do they fly - 285kl per hour. Arrived in Kyoto late, flaked it, it was so hot and we had an early start the next day.
