The Shinkansen ride from Tokyo to Kyoto was fun. It's an incredibly smooth ride considering you're on a train reaching speeds of up to 180 mph. It happened to be a gorgeous day and from my window seat I watched town after town blur by. Served throughout Japan but different everything. In Hiroshima, this plate was a hodge podge of meats, eggs, a pancake like thing, udon noodles, octopus, some kinda of sauce... delicious.

It was deliciious... chicken, vegetables and mushrooms... served with bread... Typical couchsurfing... my first Moroccan cuisine I have homemade in Kyoto.
