JiaoruMore than an hr train ride from tokyo brought us to the old town Kamakura.
After visiting Tsurugaoka Hachimangu (ie. one of the most significant shrine), MX n I wanted to visit other temple/shrine nearby. Somehow we seemed to have followed a wrong route n ended going on a housing estate tour.
The unsual thing observed about Kamkura was that ladies like to carry black umbrella to shield them from the sun. It was like as common as Japanese men wearing blacksuits.
