A couple of weeks ago, I went to the Yuki Matsuri in Sapporo, Hokkaido with the Kinokawa-Iwade Kazoku on a trip arranged by the Kyoto JET coordinators. Let’s enjoy reminiscing! Soft serve ice cream, a specialty of the area since Hokkaido is known as a dairy producing region...I got 3 flavors: wine, milk and yubari melon (cantelope but more expensive...)
