Dive the lavaflow
Hello Ralf, good to hear you are traveling again. If you are still in banda then dive the lavaflow, the area was destroid 20 years ago by a vulcano eruption, what grew back in the last 20 years changes your opinion about coral completely. If you like Hatta, spend some time on pulau ai, its a good place for snorkeling, its a nice relaxed island with verry nice people. If you like muckdiving try ambon, the diveshop in banda has a branch in ambon its a verry good place. I have a nother 2 weeks than i am on my way to madagascar, the island has a feeling similar to indonesia but the diving is not as good. Hope to meet you again some where. Jens Ps. We met in port blair in the andamans.

Too late
To do any diving. I am off to Saumlaki today on a PELNI. It will just have to be Hatta, Banda Besar and Banda Neira for me. Have fun on Madagascar!!
