And just like that she was gone...or so it seemed. After our short-lived reunion ended, I was in the middle of a city I knew nothing about, and had a single page on Indonesia ripped out of a 5 year old Lonely Planet I found on Gili Meno. This walk was one of the scariest of my life. Sulfur blowing in my face that stunk, making me light-headed. Extreme wind, pushing me into the cone. A slippery path from rain the past few days. I ended up crawling alot of this on my hands and knees. Never been so scared in my life.

The farming is incredible here, as the whole mountainous terrain has been terraced. One of the coolest scenes I've ever seen.
