In India, a woman is considered weak by nature. Women are made to serve their men. First it is their father, then their husband, later it is the women's children and/or grandchildren. Compared to a man in India a woman is patient and calm. A man is usually aggressive and emotional. A women can also take more pain than a man. A women is truly stronger than a man in India. Although in India, men and women have equal rights in India not very many women enjoy it.

Even though India has equal rights for women, they are still treat as if they are property to men. Therefore, she is not given choice of freedom of her own. Girls are not allowed to be given formal education. Many girls are known to be devadasis. They are servants to gods. These girls are allowed to sing, dance, and worship their god. The Indian society are still very much prejudice towards their women.
