Hi, i am considering travelling through India's North and South from the beginning to end of May 2011. i have heard the heat is intense around this time and am wondering if this will make my trip un enjoyable. Also, unsure of the dress standards- if i walk around in shorts and singlets am i likely to offend? i am doing a trip on camel through Rajasthan dessert for one day- will i suffer in the heat?
I am going to Nepal for three months prior to this Month which locks me in to a May trip. Any suggestions or tips?
