The past two days it's been clear enough to see Mussori from where I'm at. Which is actually nice since lately the clouds role in at the base of the mountains and obscure the view in the afternoon. I can't help thinking that it looks a little like the foothills back home in Southern California maybe a few decades ago, when the mountain communities were still fairly small. Wow, now I'm really dating myself.
Either way it's nice to look up and see the mountains. I'm looking forward to this Sunday when we will have time to go up there and explore the town. They say on a clear day you can see China. That's pretty cool.

Wow--your first pictures with no people in them! lol. Looks like you may be living in a quieter locale! The mountains look pretty! That would be so awesome if you could see China! How's the tea in India? Is the Chai great? I heard it was good. Do you drink a lot of Lassi too? Are there any new food items in your new place that you didn't see in Delhi? Happy thoughts! Jen
