BEAUTIFUL pics! Thanks for sharing, it's always a joy to read. And I totally hear ya on feeling like you're a walking dollar sign. Happens all the time here in Quito...they ignore any Ecuadorians walking by, but they see that flash of white skin and you're bombarded. Worse part is, a lot of them are little kids who just will not take no (several times) for an answer. You don't wanna be rude, but on days when your feet are sore or you don't feel good, the last thing you feel like dealing with is that. Glad to see you're feeling better and enjoy the rest of your trip!

Thanks for the terrific article and pictures. It brings back so many memories, the sheer beauty of the Taj, the filth and squalor of Agra, the annoying touts, even the food poisoning! An excellent read.

We loved our time at the Taj...amazing architecture. The grandeur is hard to imagine until you are standing there.
