Day 2 in Jaipur has been a success. We had a very lazy but well deserved lay in this morning. Can't get over how nice our room and this hostel is. We had a breakfast/lunch of Crepes with bananas and chocolate mmmm on the roof terrace and fresh fruit (first time we have had fruit since in India - all the other places wash their fruit in the water which contaminates them)>

Took a walk to the walled city of Jaipur - this is the oldest part and the buildings are all pink. The walk took about 40 minutes and I lost count of the amount of Rickshaw riders who tried to get us to take a ride with them. Head down keep walking! Bought a traditional Indian scarf - didn't realise how cold the nights are, especially on our roof terrace restaurant! Took a look at some of the old buildings and temples in the walled city then took a long walk home. Got some great pics of camels pulling carts along the street and two long tailed monkeys on the wall beside us!

Tonight we are resting in our hostel for a bit. Tomorrow we plan to go to Amber Fort - the biggest tourist attraction in Jaipur.
