Flying to India
THis is all we are carrying... It will be interesting to see how much we carry back...So we made it to India... We landed safely in New Delhi. It was all going very well until we realized that our taxi driver was no way to be found. The question was how do you get around India at 10pm? Once outside the airport we were swampped by a sea of hungry taxi drivers. After some intense haggling and arguing we did manage to get a taxi.
We did end up at the homestay finally. Although it was pretty scary getting driven on almost empty dark, dirty streets into an unlit residential area. The place we stayed was a beautiful big house (you would never tell from outside).
Next day we had our first outing into India streets. Pictures can tell more than we could ever do by words. To sum up Delhi, it is dirty, crazy, loud, lots of beggars, lots of people living on the streets, but in our opinion everybody should spend a day here. We do not love india yet...

Streets of Delhi...
There are lots of different ways of getting around in Delhi... isores nieko gero. Stipriai apsaugotas ir spynom, ir sunimis.
Sekancia diena isvykom su taksi pasivazineti po Deli. pridedam nuotraukas. Galit paziureti... Verta praleisti bent viena diena. (Tik ne daugiau). Kol kas Indija ko tai nepatraukli.
