Well after moving a few times and living out of my suitcase i got a apartment in jangpura extension and got unpack t its nice to come home to your own spot and just relax and put your feet up i missed that, i also finally got some direction with work, for a wile i did not know Wat i was or needed to do here it all seem to messed up but now in the last few weeks i got my baring and things are moving along in the kitchens, i hired 4 new guys but think i need to let one go because he is not that good and i don't have time to be on his ass all the time, the other 3 are nice kids the want to learn and the are great full so the tel me for the things i am teaching them, the are the best i have the other 12 just do wat the are used to do so its a constant battle of keeping them busy and work clean. i had them all scrub the kitchens the first few days and let me tell you i made no friends having then do that but it needed done and now the kitchens are as clean as the will ever get but still 4 star in India terms i do have the cleanest kitchens around and the all love there new chef coats so the are leaving work in them just to show off its real funny. right now i am in the process of setting up the central kitchen in gourgan for the time being because we cant find a good spot in Delhi. this is a half hour away from where i live with the subway so everyday a new adventure. i am slowly getting used to Indian way of life but it brings a lot of frustrations with them too, the are just not as fast in the way the do things...someone a Indian friend told me in India all things a relative the move with there one pace and boy was he right.

here are some fun facts of India by the way...

did you know that all the stray dogs and there are thousands of them in Delhi all get food from the people that live in the streets where the stay, here in my street there are water bowls and food bowls all over and the people give them the left overs from there meal now not all stray dogs are that lucky but most of them have not a bad life , and did you know that its a honor thing for a ricksha driver to try to rip you off that is if you have a white skin, i am getting pretty good at haggling over the price of a ride but it is tiring to do this all the time and then you talk about maybe 50 cent but the also expect it from you i guess. got to say one thing have not seen one fat Indian anywhere here, the people are real nice and once the get to know you the are always ready to help you i must say the are real nice folk. still planning a trip to Agra to see the sites but that will be in the coming weeks first we have holly the festival of colors and as a white man i am a prime target for those paint bombs this is on march 7th or 8th i cant wait will have cam ready to go and will wear a nice white gurta pajama . well hope to have kept you al informed miss you all and miss Sharon cant wait to come back home and miss my cat kids most of all and tammy of course, well will write soon again and will have some more pictures to post also
