And we are back to this nice chaos. This hot, sticky air mixed with the smells of the street and the noise of cars. One can either love or hate Delhi It’s impossible just not to care about this place. It’s one of those special places, beautiful and full of life.

Yeap, it is full of life. It’s so different compared to “The West”, where everything is separated: animals here, people there, place of work there and a place to rest somewhere else Everything is happening in the same place in Delhi, same time. All one has to do is to find a place for oneself. The stallsellers are fighting with the pedestrians, dogs with cows, tarmac with trees, the rich with the poor, life with death, colours with the “grayish dust everything around you” that disappears as soon as it rains and then everything is so colourful Too colourful really for us not used to it.

We arrive here from the world that is all sorted and this real life is bugging us, annoying… We are not used to fight for our own space. There are not many trees in the city centers in Europe, roads are dead straight. Here the trees appear everywhere all the time, so they stopped taking care of it and they build the roads around the trees And it’s up to you to decide whose idea is better

Delhi, my Delhi. It makes me tired sometimes, but I never have enough of it. I’m always hungry for more, always curious… another road, another corner. There is always something new, unexpected happening, although one can think that one has seen it all already. Another day, another suprise Although it’s an expected suprise
