Kashmir, so I am told, is the only place outside of England where they grow Willow commercially for the production of Cricket bats. These things that look like pallets are in fact bits of Willow waiting to be made in to bats.

I rarely get angry with people but I got angry with this chap. He hopped in the jeep with a plastic bottle full of petrol. That is normal. Not having a cap on the bottle is not. After spilling it everywhere I ordered him to put his hand over the top.

These folk were angry about having no electricity in their village for a few days so they blocked the road in protest.

We managed to go for a walk in the woods and made a fire. I could have been in the woods of home I love to much. I don't make fires anymore at home out of fear of arrest, but I used to.

I love mountains. They seems so untouched by humans, but of course they are.

Power cuts in Kathmandu are actually scheduled in. There is a website where you can find out which area of the city is going to be without power and for how long.
