Not sure this toddler appreciates the significance of this small monument.

This wall still shows some of the bullet holes of the 1850 shots fired.

This is the well that desperate people jumped in to to escape the bullets. They recovered 120 dead bodies from it.

The Golden temple in Amritsar, a Sikh temple. Relgion religion religion. Holy water, holy living. This place is addictive.

I waited in this queue for about two hours. I couldn't go forward and I couldn't go back. Indians are not the best at queuing.

At the end of the queue I found the people who were making all the chanting. I didn't take this picture as I didn't was to insult anyone so I stole this from Google.

So for the second time in two days I find myself in another huge queue. This time to watch the famous India Pakistan border closing ceremony.

Indian side "HINDUSTAN HINDUSTAN" the crowd would shout.

Pakistani side "PAKISTAN PAKISTAN" the crowd would reply. It is easy to forget that the relationship of both countries is so troubled.

I swear they selected the tallest chaps in the entire sub continent to rep the Country.

Being India it turned in to Rave, Big up to those Indian sisters, throwing those hands up.......

It is all a bit silly really....but it is fun.

Punjap is probably called the bread bin of India, probably....there is a huge amount of wheat produced here.
