I sacrificed my own life to make this picture, in the middle of the traffic... I saw the death in front of me... hihi
Hydrabad, the city of Pearls, is also the capital of Andhra Pradesh. It is my first time in this state and probably my only stop. I'm still travelling with my lovely travelmate, Donna. we reached the city by bus, coming from Bijapur. A night trip of almost 10 hours in a semi sleepers, which means " sleeping and sitting in one, no space for my legs and seats to small to move". It was an exhausted trip... We are planning to stay a little bit longer in this city. My first impression is really positive. We found a shopping mall near our hotel, the receptionist of the hotel is lovely and the people are really friendly, so far a good start...

There is also much to see in this "capital" and the atmosphere is relaxed, but chaotic at the same time. The traffic, as usual, horrible but the muslim area is something special and charming.

BIDAR
One day we made a daytrip to Bidar... in the lonely planet mentioned as a place where almost nobody goes " and it is not clear why"... so we checked it and we now why: almost impossible to reach and not that much to see. Although, the fort was impressive and also the thousand muslims devotees, washing hands and body in front of the mosque was something unusual to see. But to be honest, it isn't really the most attractive town, so a couple of hours was really enough...The bustrip to the trown was a test for our buds, so we went for a little bit more luxury in a "super deluxe AC volvo " bus to return... Lovely! it was like taking a flight instead of driving...

this is a really cosy and buzzy area where you can find almost everything. We bought a lot of fruit to create the most delicious fruitsalad! Mecca Machid is one of world's largest mosques with space for 10.000 worshippers! The minarets were originally intended to be much higher, but the creator sacrificed aesthetics for economics...
