If there is one thing I remember from my recent 2nd trip to Hong Kong, it is food. One restaurant in particular, is a Michelin Star rated restaurant in MongKok, Hong Kong. The restaurant did not have linen cloth covers, nor matching furniture but it did have yummy dim sum. Dim Sum that only cost approximately 1 US dollar per serving.
The establishment is very tiny and in order to be able to be seated for lunch, had to wait for a table to open up for 1.5 hours!!!
The wait was worth it though.
