Is it possible? Almost 2 weeks have passed. The last 2 days were a special time training the 3 case managers who work at the United Nations Association of Georgia--a nonprofit agency since 1995 that has been providing a variety of human and educational and policy services in Georgia. Today the case managers and we will meet with the evaluators and then do a debriefing and final conclusions and actions steps at the MInistry of Justice and then debrief the USA Embassy about the program. We have walked, Tbilisi's streets and fortifications, gotten a little lost (bewildered anyway trying to find a Catholic Church I wanted to see that happened to only be 40 yards from where we started), have found a wonderful bookstore Cafe, enjoyed much Georgian food, met wonderful people and have planted a seed--Chemi Uprosi Megobari--My Elder Friend. A lot of time and discussion went into the name and logo--lots of cultural, historical and language interpretation one must be aware of when using words in a foreign country. We had a wonderful dinner one night with George McGurn, Mary Beth Buescher's cousin, who lives her most of the time--a fantastic business and policy leader and thinker. We have a very long day planned today and then tomorrow we start the 2 day process of flying back to the USA. Best Wishes to all. Joe
