Three more days until I head out. I have six months leave for work and am planning on a journey type trip along the Silk Route through China, Krygyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan and finishing in Turkey. I have been to China twice before (love the food). There have been a few more hurdles to jump through in order to arrange the Chinese visa this because of the Olympics and the tightening of the regulations. I have managed to sort all that out and am getting excited about heading out on Sunday.
