Sunday was Teda's colourful 5k fun run. It's for all the local businesses, Chinese and international to get together within the community, families included. We have never been to any thing like this before, Andy and Matthew took part and William and I stayed on the side line to Cheer ADM on!! It was a great day which started very early!!! We had to be there by 6.45am!! The run started around 8.45...
