Almost got it on video... Special chicken dish brought in by singing/stamping/shouting waiters and waitresses...the dish symbolizes prosperity and health and they carry it in on a 'sedan'. Strangest serving technique I ever experienced.

So here is Elmer, a Fillipino guitar player, at Heidi's a Swiss restaurant, in China, playing Jamaican music as I sip a Malaysia beer and then have a Canadian maple sugar dessert. What a worldly experience!
