This translates directly to "beef noodles," but it is safe to assume it will always be a soup. Very tasty and highly recommended.

This one did not have egg, but beef instead. Here the beef came cooked, but I have seen it come raw in Korea

With mayonnaise drizzled on top. Weird, but actually kind of tasty.

These ones were much fluffier than the ones I had in Taiwan, but were still a greasy, yummy treat.

Many of the malls had a candy store chain where you could watch them make hard candies. It was actually really interesting to try and guess what they were making.

Coco Curry is a Japanese curry chain store, and I was thrilled to find it in Shanghai. My favorite was Pork cutlet curry with cheese.
