Hope you had good Easter breaks. No such thing here of course, though last Monday was a holiday - Tomb Sweeping Day. People visit the graves of their dearly departed to clean the grave sites, worship ancestors and burn paper money. It’s also a great excuse for a day out in the park. I went for a wander in the nearby Zhongshan Park, which was packed with allsorts of activities - makeshift markets selling anything from “stinky tofu” (worst smell ever) to bunnies and chicks, badminton, tai-chi, singing, old dears walking backwards, guys playing mah jong…
