Blog 1: May Holidays

So in May we had a holiday and we hit the road with Charlie, a teacher, and his Chinese girlfriend Bao Ling. We met up with two other teachers from the school Rachel and Patricia in Datong China, from there we went to The Hanging Monestary, some Buddah Caves, and the city PingYao. Because it was the holidays everywhere we went was packed with people. Crowds aside, the trip was great! enjoy the pics, there are more of Linyi and such to come.

We visited many mansions of the rich in ancient times. Ping Yao was rich up until the time of industrialization, so it never changed.
