So, we left Beijing on a sleeper train to Xian, which took about 12 hours. It was ok, we paid for a soft sleeper, which is not particularly soft, but we had probably the best night sleep yet. There are 4 beds in a room, we got on and were the only 2 in our room which we were happy about, as we were a little anxious about sharing the room with soemone we wouldnt even be able to communicate with! After debating about going travelling for months on end, we have decided to go for it and we're sure we've made the right decision! Quit the 9-5, rented out the house, moved back in with the parents to save, and we hope to be able to afford minimum of 6 months! If our money stretches longer than that...great! But we'll see. hi you 2 lovely blog pics are great i bet the tarracota warriors were awsome not long in Xian then? hope your next roomy is better and much less noisier, there has got to be some low points to every place i'm sure, but the good places make up for it. Hi you two, love the photos of the warriors,feel a bit thick as I dont know the story behind them!! fancy the guy being there who actually discovered them!! Hi Budda and Warrior Queen, pics are getting better each time, dad said Craig you really have to cut the portion sizes down and those blue pj's don't suit you ha! ha! Jen i like the photo of you in front of the warrior where he looks like he's about to take your head off, are they your backing singers????? your hostle looks very nice hope you are keeping them tidyer than your room here, can you tell the horses and the chariots are half size coz they look big on the pics, you both will be a lot more cultured when you get home i hope you learn a lot from travels as well as enjoying yourselfs, we miss you both so much but can live without you ha!ha! dad has finally been out to Norland' next trip, timbuck two (no drinking though) Cat you will get a job it's so close to xmas good luck! x Well you 2 keep them coming take care of each other and keep safe talk soon love ya loads. \Hugs and kisses xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
