Professor Jiang and his noodle dish. I had some concoction of transparent noodles, peanuts, bean sprouts and red chili soup, and we also got Tea Eggs, which I had never tried before. Actually - very good!

We were with our PMI China contact, Joyce, and we decided - after dinner - to head down to the river (by foot) to see some of the city skyline.

Nice panoramic view of the lights - these change in intensity and color every few seconds, sometimes just primary reds, yellows, greens, blues, and sometimes pastels, rainbows... very appealing.
